Delivery estimates are provided as general timelines only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier, location, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. The Katy Method is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information submitted at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, shipping delays may occur outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier-related issues when possible.
