This Return Policy applies to eligible physical products purchased through The Katy Method shop.
Eligibility
Returns may be accepted for eligible physical items in unused, unopened, and original-condition form within the return period stated at the time of purchase, if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital products, downloadable materials, personalized items, customized plans, coaching services, and any product designated as final sale are not returnable.
Return Approval
Before sending any item back, customers should contact The Katy Method for return instructions and approval where required.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
