The Katy Method is committed to providing a premium customer experience. Because many offerings include digital materials and immediate-access content, refunds are handled carefully and at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Digital Products and PDFs

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable PDFs, digital plans, assessments, and similar digital content are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Coaching and Service-Based Plans

Coaching-related services and premium support plans may have separate terms communicated at the time of purchase. If a cancellation request is submitted, any refund or credit decision will depend on the stage of service delivery.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter.

Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by The Katy Method.
